5-Minute Puff Pastry Bites (The Fastest Appetizer!)

Ingredients (makes 16–20 bites)
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed but cold
- ½ cup (60g) spreadable cheese (Boursin, herbed cream cheese, goat cheese, or brie)
- 2–3 tbsp jam or pesto
- Great options: fig jam, pepper jelly, raspberry jam, pesto, sun-dried tomato spread
- Optional toppings:
- Honey drizzle
- Fresh thyme or rosemary
- Crushed nuts (pistachio/pecan/walnut)
- Black pepper
- Sea salt flakes
Instructions
1. Prep
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Unfold puff pastry and cut into 2-inch squares (about 16–20 pieces).
2. Assemble (SO fast!)
- Add a ½ tsp dollop of cheese to the center of each square.
- Add ½ tsp jam or pesto on top.
- Pinch two opposite corners together or just leave them flat for “tartlets.”
