Bacon in bags! I've never eaten anything tastier than bacon.
Ingredients:
1.5 kg pork breast with a layer of meat;
2 heads of garlic;
salt;
ground black pepper.
It's best to grind the pepper yourself to get larger pieces, not just a powder.
Preparation:
Preparing the meat:
Wash the bacon and cut it into large pieces.
Preparing the spices:
Crush the garlic in a blender or press.
Mix the garlic with salt and pepper.
Brush the meat and bacon pieces with this mixture.
