Crab and Shrimp Seafood Bisque


1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the green onion and celery, and sauté until they're nice and soft, about 3-4 minutes.
3. Stir in the flour and cook for about a minute, just until it starts to bubble.
4. Slowly whisk in the broth a little at a time, making sure it stays smooth. Bring it to a gentle simmer.
5. Add the crab and shrimp, stirring gently, and let everything heat through, about 3-5 minutes.
6. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper as needed. Ladle into bowls and serve hot, enjoying every spoonful.
