Crispy Baked Potatoes

🛒Ingredients (for 4 people)
4 medium potatoes 🥔→ yellow-fleshed ones are better, as they are firm and less floury.

3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs → creates a crunchy crust.

2 tablespoons cornmeal (or fine semolina) → adds rusticity and texture.

3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 🫒→ enhances flavor and crunchiness.

Salt and black pepper to taste → to balance the flavors.

Fresh or dried rosemary 🌿→ the aromatic touch that makes them unmistakable.

(Optional: 1 teaspoon garlic powder or sweet paprika for a more intense flavor.)
