Directions:
1. Layer the cubed potatoes at the bottom of your crockpot.
2. Add the sauerkraut, onion slices, and minced garlic over the potatoes.
3. Place the sausage rounds on top of the vegetables.
4. Sprinkle with caraway seeds (if using), paprika, salt, and black pepper.
5. Pour chicken broth evenly over the layers.
6. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the potatoes are tender and the flavors are well combined.
7. Stir gently before serving to mix the layers, and enjoy!
