Ingredients (for 4 people)
500 g of short pasta (penne, rigatoni or mezze maniche)
300 g of mixed minced meat (beef and pork)
1 medium onion
1 carrot
1 stick of celery
400 g of tomato puree
50 g of grated parmesan
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Butter to taste (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
