Healthy apple and oat cake: a sugar-free and flour-free treat

Ingredients

1 cup (100 g) of rolled oats: a heart-healthy base that provides excellent fiber.
3 medium apples – natural sweetness and moisture.
1 ripe banana – adds sweetness and one of the ingredients.
3.5 oz (100 g) of dried almonds: for an earthy contrast.
3.5 oz (100 g) of sweetcorn: adds natural sweetness.
2 large eggs – help bind the biscuit.
1 teaspoon of sourdough starter powder – gives the biscuit its origin.
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (optional) – for a warm, spicy flavor.
1/2 cup (50 g) of nuts: adds crunchy and healthy fats.
Optional to serve:
Plain yogurt: to enhance the creaminess.
Bayas frescas (arandanos, frambuesas, etc.): for greater freshness and vitamins.
