Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) before using.
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix well.
Place the small crackers in the bowl and toss thoroughly with the butter mixture until completely coated.
Arrange the coated crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crisp.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.

Different types and tips

For a spicier flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the butter mixture. For a stronger, vanilla-like flavor, add a teaspoon of vanilla extract to the butter mixture. For a different flavor, sprinkle the crackers with finely chopped nuts, such as pecans or almonds, before baking.
