Although stuffed cabbage is an inseparable part of our national cuisine, a pillar favorite, only a few people can make it truly excellent. I admit that for a long time I was like this: I could make an acceptable quality that the family loved. BUT: since I found the following recipe on the internet, the taste and texture of my stuffed cabbage have improved by light years! That's why I decided to write to you today what I learned:

2 kilograms of minced meat (ideally a mixture of pork and veal)
30 dkg kilogram smoked bacon
50 dkg onion
20 dkg rice
