New Year's CASATO CAKE without baking, very delicious!

For decoration:
• Whipped cream, as needed
• NMD
• Walnut halves

Procedure

1. Pour boiling water over the raisins, add the rum and let stand for a few minutes until softened. Then strain well.

2. In a deep bowl, beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add the butter and beat until smooth and creamy.

3. Coarsely chop the hazelnuts, and cut the jelly candies into smaller pieces.

4. Melt the chocolate over steam or low heat and, while it is still lukewarm, add it to the egg yolk mixture. Mix well.

5. Place the crushed Plasma cake in a larger bowl, pour in the warm milk with vanilla sugar, and mix carefully until evenly moistened.

6. Add the chocolate cream, hazelnuts, raisins, cranberries, and jelly candies to the cake mixture. Mix until all ingredients are combined.

7. Line a round cake pan or a deep plate with plastic wrap. Pour in the prepared mixture, smooth it out nicely, and arrange the whole Plasma cupcakes on top, which will later serve as the base for the cake.

8. Leave the cake in the refrigerator to set, preferably overnight.

9. The next day, carefully invert the cake onto a serving platter, remove the foil, and spread with whipped cream. Decorate as desired.

Note

If you are not using fresh egg yolks, you can whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until they thicken, then continue with the recipe.
