500g flour
200ml milk
1 cube fresh yeast or 1 sachet dry yeast
50g sugar
5 egg yolks
60g softened butter
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Oil for frying, 1 litre or 1kg fat for frying
