75 g of sugar

1 pinch of salt

75 g softened butter

1 teaspoon salt

For the ricotta filling:

500 g of quark (or quark)

100 g of sugar

1 packet Bourbon Vanilla Pudding Mix

2 egg yolks

1 teaspoon salt

250 ml whipping cream

250 ml of milk

100 ml of neutral oil (e.g. rapeseed oil)

For the meringue:

4 egg whites

90 g of icing sugar
