180 g of sugar

200 g of 00 flour

80 ml of vegetable oil (or 100 g of softened butter for a more traditional version)

100 ml of milk

1 sachet of baking powder

Zest of 1 lemon (or 1 sachet of vanilla sugar)

Powdered sugar for decoration
