You'll never have to bake a bad cake again
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a blender, combine the eggs, sugar, milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth.
3. Gradually add the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt. Pulse or blend on low speed until smooth (avoid overmixing to achieve a soft consistency).
4. Pour the mixture into a 22cm round cake pan. 5. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
6. Let cool, remove from the pan, and enjoy!
